26 Hours In a Day or How To Be In Time Everywhere If You Work At Home

I work at home and very often, I hear statements that it is good and easy for me to live. Get up when I want to, there are no chiefs, there are no meetings though in a pajamas walk the whole day.

When I started working at home, with the husband few times we almost got divorced. Constantly something or someone abstracts. To give some tea to the husband, to talk about a choice of a new car with a diesel or petrol engine, or girlfriends want to come on a visit, but you have orders, you need to work. It is difficult to change the relation of your relatives to your way of life. "You are the whole day in the house and did not find 15 minutes to wash the dishes?! There was no time to make a dinner?" I think, most of women who work at home faced such unpleasant situations repeatedly.

At some moment, the situation became critical and I told myself: "That’s all! Enough! You are — the woman, but not a sewing-house working-washing-crock-pot!" All is prime, as well as all ingenious. ORGANIZATION AND SCHEDULING. If you work at home, this all is yours.
I am — the passionate fan of the principle — 20/80. 20% of efforts give 80% of result, and other 80% of efforts — only 20% of result. So:
1. Estimate CUA (coefficient of the useful activity) of your work. First, I consider any action from a position of its efficiency. Therefore, kill your internal idler with iron logic of scheduling and discipline, having weighed efficiency of your activity. Do first of that, What your internal idler most furiously opposes,. For example, today it is necessary to cut preparations. It is necessary! BUT! Before that, I can look on the Internet a recipefor a dinner. Go to cut!
2. Plan structurally. A notebook is here for you - the remarkable achievement of a human civilization. Make lists; write down the purposes, tasks and subtasks. Breaking everything on terms. As in the economy: long-term and near-term scheduling. So you will always control the life and miss nothing.
3. If it is possible in your creativity — do preparations. It seriously accelerates working process.
4. An order — is a soul of any business. Anything has to be on the place. Therefore,I have a lot of boxes, organizers and folders. I — am the lucky woman since I have my own workshop (it is the room in which the husband's foot did not go), and very seriously approached its inventory.
5. Do not kill your time. Stop flooding on the Internet. It is the waste of time for transition from the reference to the reference, collecting informational stuff that you never all watch. Do not watch TV, talk-shows, reality shows and other garbage. It is the real black hole for your time and for your intelligence. There is a statistics that people spend about 40% of the active day on watching TV, the Internet, etc. I mean, it is about 20 years of life! There are aimlessly lived years.
6. Create around yourself a useful information field. During sewing I watch (listen) to informative, philosophical documentaries. The horizons are broadened, brains start working,clever thoughts arise. For example, the company friendly gathers, asks, how there is your needlework, and you are telling them: "The main characteristic of creativity is an exit from a framework of a system. At the same time, true creativity, which is beyond a system, is described within that system. There is–a paradox!"
7. Everything is so under a system as well as a creative flight of thoughts! And here I am returningagain to an information field. Sometimes you should clean the Facebook, Twitter,Instagram. Surround yourself with fine, both in reality, and in virtual life. Find the time only for that inspires you, motivates, trains. You aren't lazy to keep a photo, records, ideas, get for this purpose the folder on the computer or an album in beautiful cover.
8. Say no to the aimless shopping. It is necessary to go to shop for concrete purchases and only if it is necessary. I do not perceive shopping as a cure for sincere sufferings and a type of entertainment or rest. For me it is always nearly the tragedy. If trust statistics, the average girl spends for shopping till 3 years of life. AndI really do need them.
9. My categorical NO to computer games. Here, perhaps, everything is clear without any explanations. It is a part ofthe lost 20 years.
10. Estimate efficiency of the household work. For example, I prepare about two times a week in the evenings. At once 2 first courses, 2-second courses, 2 garnishes, preparations on salads. I prepare in small ware. In total, this process takes 1, 5 - 2 hours. The exception is made for breakfasts, but I spend on it only a few minutes. Mathematics is simple: if not to prepare every day, you will save about 6 hours per week, and this is 13 days a year.
11. Carry out several tasks at the same time. For example, I cook every morning porridges. You cannot call this a cooking - I fill in with hot milk, cover this, and leave to make up. I wipe a face with agrass ice, took a shower, applied oil mix on a face and a neck and ran to eat. Then together with washing the dishes after a breakfast, I wash away an oil mask. By the way, I recommend it very much – it has a miracle effect. And here are miracles - everybody are full and beautiful.
12. Cleaning — there is so much in this word. When I go from one room to another, I will surely take that has to lie in the other place, lift that has to stand, put that has to lie. It takes seconds, and the result is excellent. Clear out every week for me is a luxury. Therefore clear-out becomes once a week, but local. For example, to bring an order in a case, in a week in lockers in the kitchen, on the third week to wash the floors behind sofa beds.
13. Get up early. I will afflict with this point many— early awakening isgood. I wake up in 5-6 mornings in the summer and in the 6th mornings in the winter. For me the most productive time — so far all are sleeping. Nobody distracts, my time belongs only to me. I get on well up to one lunch much more, than at the second half of day. Many people create at nights, but it is awful... It undermines health, deprives of beauty. Whyallthesevictims?
14. A sound mind in a sound body. You should play sports. Otherwise "lifebuoy" is on a waist place, a sore back and other delights. Will power is here for you to help. When you actively play sports, you have much more energy, and you will be able to pull up trees!
15. Enter a point in the list of the affairs: "to do nothing". Simply nothing. Do small breaks during the day. I have two of them. I lie blindlyfor 10 minutes. Japanese technique. I recommendit very much.
16. Evening — is time for a family. The family dinner — is our tradition. Otherwise — I am completely in creativity, the husband is with the car, a restless dog is with a ball in teeth. And then here you are — divorce. Or your life passed.
17. It is obligatory to have a rest! 1 day a week to devote only to itself and your interests, a family. Completely. Day off — is not for cooking, an ironing, washing — it is rest. And active or not — is up to you, depending on mood. And, of course, give yourself a holiday! Who is not able to have a rest, is not able to work.

So, if to count all saved minutes and hours, in scales of life we receive years! And it isa choice of everyone, on what he wants them to spend. I came to understanding of that life has to pass CONSCIOUSLY, in accurate feeling of every minute of the existence.
