Health of a handmader: 5 pieces of advice that are important to remember!

Unhappy we are, handmaders, diving into work, sometimes we forget about everything, including our health and remember about it, when it is already late.
I will be very glad, if this article impels you to purchase useful habits of caring about your health!

Mostly handmade job implies the sedentary life, and - hello hump, varices, overweight...
The simplest, that can be done – is to alternate work with other businesses. It is ideal, if you work at home. And if you are the same happy man, that is having handmading as an only work, and you are not torn to pieces, for you, undoubtedly, there is a possibility to incarnate such schedule in life.
Overweight. Harmony is reached at balance of physical activity and feed. Now I will not talk about hormonal rejections – this is other reasons and other theme. But mainly, a man spends calories at walking. How many in a day you walk, so much you will lose.

A good posture is an active muscles of back and this is an active circulation of blood in them. The minimum exercises are needed, as much as the air, power exercises - yet better, but it should be done with a specialist, and most wonderful is a massage :) How to do the massage of back to itself? There are a great number of adaptations, everybody chooses for himself. I have a hard orthopedic under head with ceramics, on which I do different exercises for all departments of back. I am sure that you will be able to find what is comfortable for you.
A varices is a corollary of stagnation of blood. So, to take off an edema from feet, for example, it is possible to apply the same massage or contrasting baths, it is also possible periodically to lie down with lifted feet.

Organs of vision are muscles. And if not to talk about the serious problems of these organs, type of cataract (removing layer by layer of retina), then vision gets worse very often, especially early in life, because the muscles of eyes get used to be in certain position. The eye of man is adjusted first of all in an order to look in a distance, and a handmader mainly looks at objects from a very short distance. Therefore a gymnastics for eyes is needed.

Water participates in all chemical reactions of organism, therefore there must be enough of it, and small surplus is better - free water. A middle norm for a man is 2 litres in a day. Individual norm is 30 mls on 1 kg of weight. Other liquids (tea, coffee, juice, et cetera) will not replace water (researches show, if a drop of lemon-juice gets in glass of water though, for example, brain of a man will not perceive this liquid as a clean water and will not use it valuably, and necessary water begins to suck out from cages. By the way, it is not needed to wait, when you want to drink: it is interesting, that a brain gives an identical signal, when it is needed to eat up and when to have a drink. Often a man mixes up these signals. That is why, if you feel thirst - you are water-free already on 15%. At a deaquation on a 30% not only handmader will die. So that we put a carafe with water next to a working place, and in a bag we lay a bottle

So, why must a man go to bed early?
In every second of time there are fully certain processes in our organisms, and their flowing depends on the phase of motion of a Sun. All this system works with enormous exactness. And there is nothing we can change in this activity of a Sun and time, that is why the mode of day of a man is strictly regulated.
In midnight the Sun is in the lowermost position, therefore at this time we must be in a state of a maximal rest. Therefore, the best time for dreaming – is from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m., although it is possible to sleep and from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., and also and from 8 p.m.to 2 a.m.
From 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. our brain has a rest, from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. – there is a renewal nervous and muscular systems, life-breath of man, from 1 a.m. to 3a .m. there is a renewal of emotional forces. If a man ignores this mode of sleeping, intellection suffers, therefore it is not needed to be surprised to the decline of inspiration, to creative stagnations etc. A man feels flaccidity, heaviness in muscles, irritable, low-spirited. A long ignoring of these results in depression and falling of immunity. This illustration shows clear, where to find an additional clock in twenty-four hours: to sleep less, but get enough sleep :)
